Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeQuantum website and services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

CodeQuantum provides:

  • Website Development
  • Software Development
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Enterprise Applications
  • Custom Project Development

Project scope will be defined separately in a written proposal or agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All custom-developed source code remains property of client upon full payment.
  • CodeQuantum retains rights to reusable frameworks, tools, and internal libraries.
  • Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Payments & Commercial Terms

  • Advance payment may be required.
  • Payment schedule will be defined in proposal.
  • Delayed payments may attract penalties.
  • All taxes applicable under Indian law shall be extra.

5. Project Delivery

  • Timelines depend on scope clarity and client cooperation.
  • Delays caused by client (content, approvals, assets) are not our responsibility.
  • Change requests may incur additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Provide content and media assets
  • Ensure legal compliance of provided content
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeQuantum shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Data loss due to third-party failures
  • Cyber attacks beyond reasonable control

Total liability shall not exceed the project value paid.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed work remain payable.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties unless explicitly stated in contract.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with courts in Karnataka, India.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, cyber incidents, or internet failures.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
